Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator (m/w/d)

Hybrid (vor Ort & Homeoffice)

In your area, you will have the following tasks:

Your goal is to develop our Microsoft platform not only stably but also actively.

• You administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment (especially SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Fabric)
• You are responsible for identities, roles, and security groups and ensure clear, secure structures
• You develop our security and compliance guidelines further (e.g. Conditional Access, DLP)
• You plan and realize deployments as well as rollouts of new solutions
• You automate processes (e.g. with PowerShell or Microsoft Graph) and make our IT more efficient
• You analyze disturbances, keep an overview, and ensure a stable operation
• You support our departments in using the Microsoft world optimally for themselves

Your profile:

• Abschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und/oder Azure
• Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – insbesondere bei Berechtigungen, Deployments und Systemstrukturen
• Verständnis für moderne IT-Security und Cloud-Umgebungen
• Interesse daran, Dinge zu verbessern und Prozesse zu automatisieren
• Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
• Wohnort im Raum Stuttgart / Schwäbische Alb bzw. Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort in Oberboihingen zu arbeiten
