Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/w/d)

We are a IT service provider from Augsburg with 12 people and over 250 implemented projects. We build IT structures for medium-sized companies with 20 to 250 employees – and make them approximately 32% more efficient.

Our customer base is growing significantly in 2026. Therefore, we need someone who sets up, migrates, and maintains Microsoft-365 environments. You would be the first dedicated M365 admin in the team and build this area with us.

Tasks

- Administer and optimize multiple customer M365 tenants – Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID

- Perform migrations: On-Premise to M365, Tenant-to-Tenant, Hybrid Setups

- Configure and document Intune, Conditional Access, and DLP Policies

- Establish standardized deployment processes so that each new customer onboarding runs smoothly

- Take over and resolve technical escalations from the support team

- Work directly with our IT consultants and the support team – short distances, fast coordination

Qualification

- At least 2 years of experience in administering Microsoft 365 tenants

- In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams Admin Center, and Entra ID (Azure AD)

- Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager and Conditional Access

- PowerShell for automation and bulk operations

- Fluent German – our customer communication runs entirely in German

- English for technical documentation and Microsoft resources

- Certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-500) are a plus, not a must
