Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/w/d), who will strengthen our team and support the management and further development of Microsoft 365 environments for our customers. You will work directly with our business customers on-site or remotely and be the central point of contact for all topics related to Microsoft 365.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Setup, configuration, and optimization of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for customers.
• User and rights management: Management of user accounts and access rights in Azure Active Directory under the observance of security guidelines.
• Safety management: Implementation and monitoring of safety measures like Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender for Office 365.
• Support and troubleshooting: First point of contact for technical issues with a focus on quick and professional support.
• Migrations: Execution of migrations from local Microsoft services or other platforms to the Microsoft 365 cloud.
• Automations: Development of workflows and automation of recurring tasks using Power Automate and PowerShell.
• Process optimization: Analysis of existing Microsoft 365 environments and proposal for efficiency improvements.
• Escalation management: Coordination of complex technical issues with Microsoft support or external partners.

Qualification

You bring:

• A completed technical vocational training or comparable professional experience of at least 2 years.
• Fundamental knowledge in the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Ideal, you have one or more of the following certifications: MS-102, SC-900, SC-300 or a comparable certification.
• Experience with PowerShell for automating tasks.
• A solid understanding of IT security concepts and data protection.
• Customer orientation, communication skills, and the ability to explain technical topics in an understandable way.
• A solution-oriented and structured working style, as well as self-initiative.
• Openness towards new technologies and developments in the field of Microsoft 365 and cloud.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1).
• Optimal a driving license class B, since you will also be on-site at customer locations.
