MICE Sales Executive

Job Overview: A MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for corporate events, conferences, and incentive programs. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, preparing customized proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events; • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and prospects; • Preparing customized proposals and presentations for potential clients; • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients; • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction; • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity.
