Job description
Position Summary The Manager Naval Architect manage daily ship project naval architectural routines for specified Vessel Classes during their design and building phases. Participation to concept design process for upcoming new build projects belongs also to his/her focus areas. The Manager Naval Architect works closely with the teams of Maritime Technology and other naval architects assisting experts with technology development and research in addition to various new build related technical problems. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that all naval architectural routines are properly executed, monitored and controlled during the design and building phases of the Vessel Classes. This includes reviewing and approving designs, conducting site visits, and providing technical guidance to other teams.
