MFC Store Manager - Milan

Job Description YOUR MISSION In Glovo, we want to change the way consumers buy groceries, and we believe that if we want to revolutionize the grocery shopping experience, we must focus on the consumer, building a truly delightful experience! As an MFC Store Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the smooth operation of the MFC store, and that it is fully operational in order to deliver the best service to our customers. Be a key player in building the best quick commerce experience in your city. Help us define the future of groceries! What you’ll do: * Manage daily operations of the MFC store and its team. * Ensure the store meets all operational KPIs (stock levels, pick times, quality, etc.). * Manage a team of pickers and stockers to deliver exceptional service. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control. * Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to optimize processes. * Recruit, train, and manage store staff. * Be a hands-on leader, leading by example. * Ensure a safe and secure working environment. You have: * Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics management. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in Italian and English. Nice to have: * Experience with inventory management systems. * Experience in the e-commerce or delivery industry.
