Your Profile

You are passionate MFA and want to accompany patients during their diagnostic process or recovery? Then you're right with us! This is what you bring:

• A completed education as a Medical Assistant (m/w/d) or another medical profession
• Ideal experience in dealing with patients or the willingness to learn
• Empathy and nerves of steel
• Sense of responsibility
• Organizational talent and a structured, meticulous work style
• Teamwork ability and a positive, approachable attitude
• Safe handling of practice software and digital systems; willingness to learn new systems
• Flexibility and resilience even in peak times

Your Tasks

In your role as MFA in our practice, you will take on varied and responsible tasks:

• Reception and care of our patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Conducting and assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic measures (e.g. lung function test, ECG writing, laboratory sample collection)
• Prior and post-examination preparation, as well as support for doctors during treatments
• Organization and coordination of appointments and patient flows
• Documented, billing and administrative tasks in accordance with legal regulations
• Support for quality management and hygiene guidelines
