MFA for (m/w/d) Op & Sprechstundenassistenz in einer privaten Hautarztpraxis

We are looking for an engaged OP and Sprechstundenassistenz/assistenten (m/w/d) to support our team in our private dermatology practice on a full-time basis, who with precision and organizational skills supports the smooth operation of the practice and shapes our daily routine.

Aufgaben

🔹 Praxisorganisation – You keep an overview of the processes, coordinate transitions between registration, doctor, OP, and laser, and ensure a smooth workflow.

🔹 Patientenbetreuung – You stand by the patients' side and ensure a smooth workflow.

🔹 Sprechstundenassistenz/Ästhetikassistenz – You accompany and support doctors during consultations and assist with aesthetic treatments. (if necessary, in representation)

🔹 OP-Assistenz - You assist with small outpatient procedures and perform independent treatments such as blood draws and suture removals.

🔹 Empfang & Terminorganisation – You represent the registration desk in times of need, are the first point of contact for our patients at the reception desk, greet patients warmly, coordinate appointments precisely, communicate via email and phone, and work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Qualifikation

✔ You have completed a medical assistant training program (MFA) – alternatively bring comparable qualifications.
✔ Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments as well as working with modern technologies.
✔ A self-organized, structured work style.
✔ Reliability, precision, and sense of responsibility.
