Job Description SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: To support the customs brokerage manager in the smooth running of the department within the branch (ie) the customs product in the marketplace through focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture. To stay in adherence to the company’s policy, procedures and business code of conduct. KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration). 3+ years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field. Strong understanding of customs regulations, laws, and procedures. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Familiarity with customs brokerage software and systems. Certifications such as Customs Broker License or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are desirable.
