• From customer-specific cuts to seasoning meat products and minced meat production, the broad spectrum of the butcher's trade is part of your area of responsibility. You ensure permanent quality, consistent product availability, correct price labeling, and an visually appealing presentation of our goods
• You reliably ensure compliance with HACCP regulations and regularly carry out expiration date and quality checks
• You advise our professional customers from gastronomy and hotel industry with expertise and passion for high-quality meat and sausage products

• You have good product knowledge in the areas of fresh meat and sausage and possess good manual dexterity
