You will be working for a construction organization where craftsmanship and good planning come together. Projects involve different types of construction: from new build to renovation and maintenance. Craftsmen, supervisors, and other colleagues work closely together on the construction site. Everyone knows what needs to be done and addresses each other if something can be done better or safer. The work is varied, and you will be given the space to perform your craft well. Solid materials and clear agreements are used. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and practical. No long stories, but together ensuring that the work is delivered properly. For an experienced mason, there is ample opportunity to work independently and apply their experience to projects where quality is important.

As a mason, you ensure that walls and structures are built straight, sturdy, and according to agreement. You work independently where possible and together with colleagues where necessary. You read drawings, set out measurements, and ensure that your work seamlessly connects with the rest of the project.

The tasks:

• You perform masonry work on various construction projects
• You lay internal and external walls and other structures
• You read construction drawings and work according to the indicated measurements
• You set up profiles and check the masonry during the work
• You ensure a neat finish to your work
• You work together with carpenters, supervisors, and other tradespeople
• You keep your workspace tidy and work according to applicable safety agreements

• You have experience as a mason
• You can work independently and neatly
• You can read construction drawings and understand measurements
• You have an eye for quality and work accurately
• You are physically capable of performing the work
• You possess a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one
• You are reliable and keep your agreements
• You preferably have a B driver's license

You will receive an excellent salary according to the classification of the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labor Agreement (CAO Bouw & Infra). You will receive holiday days, ATV days, and travel expenses in accordance with the CAO Bouw & Infra. You build pension at BPF BOUW (pension fund for construction). You will receive a full-time employment contract. You will be paid weekly based on your worked hours. You have the possibility of receiving a permanent contract (indefinite contract). You will receive varied work in a positive work environment. You will have the opportunity to obtain your VCA certificate at our expense.
