Methods and Standards Engineer

Objective of the position Ensure the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of work methods and production standards, optimizing operational efficiency, quality, and safety through Lean Manufacturing tools and process analysis. Main responsibilities Develop, update, and standardize work instructions, process sheets, and methods in AMPS and SWI systems, ensuring compliance with SIS standards and MQAS requirements. Analyze and optimize processes medium-term, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the production team to implement new methods and standards, providing training and support as needed. Monitor and control the implementation of new methods and standards, ensuring their effective application and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain documentation on work methods and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in the development of quality and safety policies, procedures, and standards, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
