Methodology & Manufacturing Leader

We are seeking a Methodology & Manufacturing Leader to join a leading company in the industrial systems of automated assembly. Are you passionate about continuous improvement, industrial project management, and process optimization? You want to lead production methods, develop industrial flows (JIT, DMAIC), and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant project execution (ESG, quality, safety). Your key missions: - Develop and implement effective manufacturing methods - Coordinate project flows with teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Production) - Manage the Methods Team (recruitment, training, leadership) - Follow projects and intervene in support in case of blockage - Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards. Profile sought: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering / Methods / Production - Solid experience in production management / industrial methods - Mastery of tools: Lean Manufacturing, JIT, DMAIC, SAP, MS Project - Trilingual: French, English, German
