Metalworker (m/f/d) Grinding of Insulating Parts at Siemens
Become part of a strong production team at Siemens in Berlin-Spandau as a metalworker (m/f/d) in full-time. Your main tasks include the grinding and surface treatment of insulating parts. Thus, you actively contribute to the high quality and accuracy of Siemens products.
As an experienced partner, Hofmann Personal supports you with over 40 years of experience competently and individually in every step of your professional development. Your tasks in the grinding shop for insulating parts: Preparation of the workpieces and the workplace for the grinding process
Performing visual inspections to identify unevenness, burrs or material defects on the insulating parts
Independent selection of the optimal abrasive for the respective work step
Professional grinding and surface treatment in compliance with occupational safety regulations
Quality control of the treated surfaces with regard to flatness, gloss and desired structure
Regrinding at problem areas to correct surface defects
What you bring with you: Several years of professional experience in metalworking and in handling hand tools
Possession of a hand, floor and crane license
Routine handling of personal protective equipment (PPE) and a high level of safety awareness
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Careful and precise working methods
What we offer you: Over-tariff hourly wage up to 20.00 € gross
