Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertragmit allen tariflich fest vereinbarten Regelungen
Hours wage between 21.00 € and 28.00 € gross, depending on the deployment

Option to choose between time-off compensation or payment for overtime worked

Your tasks as a Metallbauer: Fabrication and assembly of metal constructions and components according to technical drawings and specifications
Execution of welding and cutting work, as well as processing of metal parts
Ensuring the quality of the manufactured parts through regular inspections
Maintenance and care of machines and tools
Documentation of work steps and results
Your qualifications:
Abschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer, Maschinenführer, Konstruktionsmechaniker, Metallbauer or in a related field
Experience in the aerospace industry or mechanical engineering is advantageous but not mandatory
Technical understanding and manual skill
Teamwork, flexibility, and an independent working style
Readiness for further education and training to acquire specific qualifications
Readiness for shift work (2-3 shifts)
