Key Responsibilities: • Fabricate metal components for vehicle dismantling and parts recycling; • Utilise various metal fabrication techniques to create high-quality parts; • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective dismantling processes; • Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail in all work produced; • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce waste; • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers; • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge; • Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity within the workplace; • Perform other duties as required.
