Your Mission
As Meta Performance Marketing Manager (Junior), you are part of our performance team and support the setup, optimization, and scaling of Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve our growth and revenue targets. You will work data-driven, think strategically with, and grow step by step into responsibility and campaign ownership.

Tasks

• Planning, setting up, and controlling Meta campaigns (Targeting, Bidding, Budget)
• Ongoing optimization of campaigns based on KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CPL)
• Analyzing performance data and deriving action recommendations
• A/B testing & scaling strategies to measure and improve creatives
• Briefings for creatives & collaboration with design and content teams
• Reporting & presenting findings and results to stakeholders
• Participation in tracking setup (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) and data quality assurance

Qualification

Must Have

• First-hand experience in performance marketing or paid social ads, ideally with Meta Ads
• Safe handling of numbers and analytical thinking
• Pleasure in data-driven work and optimization
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with tracking tools (e.g. GA4, Meta Business Manager)
• Knowledge of funnel concepts, attribution or segmentation
• Interest in further development of paid social skills
