The ideal candidate should be strong in lead generation, funnel optimization, audience targeting, and ROAS-driven performance marketing . Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads campaigns to achieve business objectives. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business goals. Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to inform future campaign strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads features, best practices, and industry trends. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize campaign ROI. Key Requirements 3+ years of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Strong understanding of Meta Ads platform, including targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies. Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, audience targeting, and ROAS-driven performance marketing. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, etc.).
