At Medewerkersindezorg.nl, that is possible. Through our flex pool, you work at healthcare organizations in Hoorn when it suits you. No fixed workdays and no mandatory number of hours. You decide when you work a shift.

What we offer you

• € 19.32 to € 26.71 gross per hour (including 8% holiday pay and 8.33% year-end bonus) - CAO VVT, often an extra step is possible;
• € 3,014 to € 4,166 gross per month based on 36 hours (including 8% holiday pay and 8.33% year-end bonus) - CAO VVT, often an extra step is possible;
• Complete freedom to choose your own shifts;
• No mandatory hours per week or month;
• Shifts at various healthcare organizations;
• ORT when you work irregular hours;
• Choice of weekly or bi-weekly payment;

Activities

During a shift, you work as a Helpende, Helpende Plus, or Verzorgende IG and perform the tasks that belong to your role.
You support residents and clients with their daily care and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) and, together with your colleagues, contribute to good and personal care.

Your experience is valuable. You know the profession, know what is expected of you on a department, and have built up a lot of knowledge over the years that you can still utilize.

Working in healthcare can be physically demanding. You are on the move a lot during a shift and support residents, for example, with their personal care and ADL.
Therefore, it is important that you are physically capable of safely and independently performing all tasks and ADL actions that belong to your role.

Working hours and shifts

A big advantage of working through our flex pool is the freedom.

Through our app, you can see available shifts in Almere and the surrounding area. Seen a nice shift that suits you? Then you can schedule yourself.

Want to work every week? Fine. Prefer a few shifts per month? Also good. And are you going on vacation for a while or simply don't feel like working? Then don't schedule anything.

Job requirements

• You have a diploma as Helpende, Helpende Plus, Verzorgende IG, or Verpleegkundige;
• You have experience in healthcare;
• You are physically capable of performing all tasks and ADL actions that belong to your role;
• You can perform your tasks independently and responsibly;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
