YOUR TASKS: Conducting inspection and measurement tasks with measuring instruments and machines as well as visual inspections.
Audit, plausibility check and documentation of all measurement results.
Preliminary, intermediate and final inspections for production and release approval.
Marking and forwarding defective parts, assemblies and equipment.
Development and optimization of inspection procedures based on technical drawings.
Calculation of missing measurements and selection of suitable test instruments.
Preliminary preparation and setup of operating equipment; releasing or locking components.
Documentation of quality deviations and creation of reports in the DV system.
Participation in cause analyses in cooperation with internal and external partners.
Inspection tasks at complaints including should/actual comparisons.
Sorting, marking and forwarding defective components.
You bring: Safe handling of technical drawings, work plans and inspection documents.
Experience in setting up and commissioning measuring machines as well as selecting suitable test instruments.
Very good understanding of measurement technology and quality requirements.
High reliability, accuracy and independent working style.
Communication skills and ability to present measurement results clearly and convincingly.
Readiness for shift work as well as occasional overtime and weekend work.
Motivation to get involved in new topics and take responsibility.
