Metrology Technician / Calibration Technician (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Metrology Technician / Calibration Technician (m/f/d)".

Tasks

• As a Calibration Technician (m/f/d), you will independently calibrate mechanical measuring and testing equipment such as length, torque, and gauge systems.
• In addition, you will carry out inspections and repairs on measuring equipment and document your results in a traceable manner.
• You will also create testing and calibration instructions, including the calculation of measurement uncertainties.
• Furthermore, you will evaluate measuring devices regarding their suitability and define the scope of calibration.
• In addition, you will support specialist departments with metrology-related questions and participate in the development of new testing procedures.

Qualifications

• You have a technical training, e.g., as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) or State Certified Mechanical Engineering Technician (m/f/d).
• In addition, you have practical experience in handling mechanical measuring and testing equipment.
• Initial knowledge in the calibration of measuring equipment is also desirable.
• Furthermore, you work confidently with MS Office and ideally with QMSoft and Babtec CAQ.
• In addition, you have secure German language skills and a careful, structured, and self-reliant way of working.
