Objective of the position

Offer exceptional service to each guest, applying hospitality standards, service protocol, and sales techniques that exceed customer expectations.

Main responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service under fine dining hospitality standards.

• Present the menu, make suggestions, and close sales effectively.

• Execute table setting and service sequence according to protocol.

• Take and manage orders with precision and opportunity.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for correct delivery of dishes and beverages.

• Attend to guests in a personalized manner, resolving doubts or incidents.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and impeccable presentation of the work area.

Candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a waiter in fine dining restaurants or similar category.

• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of wines and pairings (desirable).

• Mastery of protocol and service sequence.

• Sales-oriented attitude, cordiality, and focus on sales.

• Availability of schedule.

• Attention to detail.

• Empathy and professional treatment.

• Anticipation of customer needs.

• Teamwork and stress management.

• Oriented towards results and suggestive sales.
