Provide an exceptional gastronomic experience to each guest, applying hospitality standards, service protocol, and suggestive selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service under hospitality standards.

• Present the menu, make suggestions, and close sales effectively.

• Execute table setting and service sequence according to protocol.

• Take and manage orders with precision and opportunity.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for impeccable delivery of dishes and drinks.

• Acknowledge guests in a personalized manner, resolve doubts or incidents, and maintain cleanliness, order, and excellent presentation of the work area.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 1 year as a waiter/waitress in fine dining restaurants or similar category.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Knowledge of wines and pairings (desirable).

• Mastery of protocol and service sequence.

• Servant attitude, cordiality, and focus on sales.

• Availability of schedule.
