Temporal Server

The incumbent of this position is responsible for correct installation of the area, as well as cleaning of tables and service stations, maintaining service stations with all necessary items, knowing perfectly the menu dishes and preparation time for each, presenting oneself to the customer with friendliness and courtesy, ensuring that each one has a menu, respecting established service standards by the company, Excellent service attitude. Has the following responsibilities:

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service at all times, following current standards and established sequences of service.
• Taking orders and serving any food and/or beverage and/or any other article.
• Performing all assigned tasks or responsibilities efficiently.
• Being totally in agreement to rotate in any consumption center or in any other area designated by the hotel at any designated hour.
• Knowing completely all services and areas offered by the hotel.
• Total knowledge of beverages and foods in all consumption centers.
• Responsible for selling food, drinks, and wines.
• Responsible for maintaining one's work area and other hotel areas clean and well-organized at all times.
• Good use and proper storage and transportation to avoid breakages; as well as avoiding the waste of supplies, stationery, etc.
• Handling all guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting any suggestion or complaint from guests
