MES Consultant

MES Consultant Place of work: Gdańsk Technologies we use Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Ensure the successful implementation of MES and production software within the customer’s production environment, including hands-on installation, configuration, and commissioning of the system in close cooperation with customer IT and production teams. Manage and actively drive industrial customer projects, primarily in FMCG production environments (e.g. food or pharmaceutical), from initial project planning to final delivery. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, IT teams, and other relevant parties. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Your skills and qualifications Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and production software technologies. Experience in implementing MES solutions in various industries, preferably FMCG. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Windows operating system. Certification in relevant areas such as ITIL or Six Sigma is an asset.
