Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive web applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs for frontend and backend communication.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Monitor and fix bugs quickly to ensure an optimum user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software design and functionality.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Work alongside other developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and debugging code for solutions.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning within Agile frameworks.
• Help in architecting scalable and efficient code for future projects.
• Contribute to team success through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MERN Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
