Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

We are seeking an associate (3 years of working experience in mergers and acquisitions) to work directly with our company’s officers and board members. Specific sell-side M&A experience is a plus. This position will be responsible for: Executing our live mandates by directly interacting with clients, owners, and C-level executives. Designing and preparing reports and presentations for clients and potential investors. Analyzing companies' financial and operating performance, building sector-specific models, and conducting industry research to identify trends and opportunities. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and other relevant parties. Providing strategic guidance and support to our company’s officers and board members on M&A-related matters. Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. This role will also involve: Assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials, including financial statements, business plans, and other relevant documents. Collaborating with internal teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and goals. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality results.
