Our client Maniko is an innovative, fast-growing company in the nail polish industry that offers high-quality products to discerning customers worldwide. They are known for their revolutionary, self-adhesive nail polish technology that allows their customers to achieve professional results comfortably from home.

As Merchandising Manager Retail (all genders), you will be responsible for the perfect appearance of Maniko at the point of sale. You transform sales floors into brand experiences, know every counter in detail, and ensure that our products visually and brand-conform convince with the clear goal of increasing sales and strengthening brand presence.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the implementation and continuous maintenance of our brand floors at POS with a focus on counters and shelf displays.
• You steer large-scale rollouts from start to finish, as well as seasonal POS updates, and ensure a smooth implementation in all markets.
• You coordinate new installations for product launches, assortment changes, and seasonal adjustments and ensure a clean implementation according to concept.
• You develop our POS appearance continuously further and optimize existing solutions with a focus on cost efficiency, category performance, and brand impact.
• You plan, steer, and lead merchandising agencies and external service providers in rollouts, renovations, and daily operations.
• You work closely with Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics together and ensure clear coordination and smooth handovers.

Qualification

• Professional experience: You have 3 years of relevant experience in POS and/or counter management, ideally in the pharmacy environment, as well as technical understanding of store design, placement systems, and POS materials.
• Project Management & Organization: You are an organizational talent and work precisely, structured, and proactively.
• Communication & Cross-functional Work: You are a team player, reliable, and sovereign in exchange with internal teams and external partners
• Languages: Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
