Merchandiser

JUGOPETROL AD, part of HelleniQ Energy Group, a leading company in wholesale and retail of oil and oil derivatives in Montenegro under the EKO brand, is looking for a proactive professional for the position of:

Merchandiser

(Retail of supplementary assortment)

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordination of the implementation and regular updating of planograms for supplementary assortment categories;
• Ensuring compliance at the point of sale with pricing policies and product display standards;
• Visiting points of sale and training sales staff on product display standards;
• Monitoring sales and merchandising KPIs and proposing improvements;
• Preparing reports on product availability and compliance with the product placement plan;
• Regularly checking the adequacy of price tags;
• Monitoring:
•  product shortages and assortment implementation; 
•  appearance of sales facilities;
•  state of promotional materials and displayed messages;
•  arrangement and implementation of merchandising at the gas station;
•  assortment of products in cafes and the state of offered products.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or operations;
• University education;
• Active driver willing to work in the field;
• Knowledge of English and Microsoft Office package;
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability;
• Developed communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
