Merchandiser (EC) - Learnership

We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Merchandiser. This entry-level role is the backbone of our field operations, focusing on ensuring our clients' products are perfectly stocked and displayed across retail and wholesale outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all sales and merchandising activities on their defined route, including but not limited to: • Conducting product audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimal product placement; • Developing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement; • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences; • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise; • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators; • Collaborating with the merchandising team to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives; • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
