Merchandiser - Bloemfontein

We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Merchandiser. This entry-level role is the backbone of our field operations, focusing on ensuring our clients' products are perfectly stocked and displayed across retail and wholesale outlets. You could be the ideal candidate if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and excel in a hands-on environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all sales and merchandising activities on their defined route, including but not limited to: ensuring product displays are visually appealing, maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting regular store visits to monitor product availability and display standards, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve this, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
