Merchandiser

Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing varies merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing supporting Australia’s major retailers. About the Role: Approximately 15 hours per week in Airport West and surrounds . Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. *Flexibility is required across Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: - Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including store managers, visual merchandisers and other team members; - Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the BIG brand and its products; - Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure effective execution of visual merchandising strategies; - Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with planograms and visual merchandising standards; - Providing support to stores as needed, including setting up point of sale displays and ensuring accurate pricing and ticketing; - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role; - Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; - Adapting to changing business needs and priorities; - Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders; - Participating in training and development programs as required; - Performing other duties as assigned by management.
