The role will be responsible for assortment planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and product lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain merchandise plans to drive business growth and profitability. • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform assortment decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions. • Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales. • Conduct regular reviews of merchandise performance and make adjustments as needed. Requirements: • 3-8 years of experience in merchandise planning or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
