Job description
Our client is seeking an MEP Draughtsperson to join their Cape Town team. This opportunity is suited to a technically capable draughting professional looking to contribute to the development and delivery of MEP design documentation within a growing engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate MEP drawings and technical documentation.
- Develop and update drawings in accordance with project requirements and design specifications.
- Work closely with engineers and other project team members to ensure drawing accuracy and coordination.
- Assist with revisions, amendments, and drawing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain drawing standards, quality, and document control.
- Support the wider engineering team with draughting requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in MEP draughting.
- Proficiency in relevant CAD and/or BIM software.
- Ability to interpret engineering designs and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
