Our Adéquat agency in Saint-Sever is recruiting a new talent for the position of wood workshop carpenter (M/F)

Missions:
- Familiarize yourself with the manufacturing file and the instructions of the workshop foreman.
- Read and interpret plans.
- Cut the wood.
- Independently manufacture exterior joinery on traditional machines (cutting, sizing, assembly, mounting). You may be required to participate in the manufacture of interior fitting elements. Required profile Profile:

- Qualifying training in joinery manufacturing - Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar position. - Mastery of traditional machines: rip saw, thicknesser, spindle moulder, planer, machining center - Ability to use numerically controlled machines
Salary and benefits:

- Fixed hourly rate + 10% end-of-mission bonus + 10% paid holidays - Collective and/or individual bonuses + profit sharing + CET 5% - Weekly pay advance if needed, - Possibility of rapid integration, training and development, - Benefit from dedicated aids and services (mutual insurance, housing, childcare, travel).
