The AI Mentor at Pasos al Éxito is the strategic specialist responsible for guiding our clients in the adoption, integration, and maximization of the operational impact of AI across all their corporate areas. Combines business vision, technical architecture, and practical mentoring to transform traditional processes into intelligent systems, optimizing products, automations, and organizational productivity.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support clients in the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, ensuring that technology enhances human capabilities and does not weaken them.
• Align each AI initiative with defined business objectives, such as operational efficiency, customer experience, and innovation, prohibiting projects without a clear use case and metrics.
• Ensure ethics and transparency in the use of AI, avoiding biases, discrimination, and opaque decisions, and clearly communicating how algorithms work and when interacting with AI.
• Oversee governance and regulatory compliance, ensuring that internal policies are aligned with local and international laws and that defined oversight roles exist.
• Protect data security and privacy, operating with high cybersecurity standards and complying with regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or local equivalents.
• Measure and report KPIs that reflect the real impact of AI on efficiency and results.
• Develop and deliver high-value educational content (frameworks, advanced prompt guides, and case studies) that accelerates the organizational learning curve.
• Invite and guide the client to actively participate in the co-creation of their solutions, ensuring that tools and automations meet their real needs.
• Apply a prototyping mindset, conducting rapid tests with shared pilots to validate AI tools before their full implementation.
• Agile Prototyping: Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) are developed to validate hypotheses in real-time and adjust solutions based on client feedback.
• Confidentiality: All client and project information is handled with strict confidentiality, protecting internal and external data.
• Stay up-to-date with the advancement of AI.
• Live the PAE mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Systems or Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Technological Innovation, and/or related fields.
• Experience in implementation and leadership in digital transformation projects.
• AI Specialization: Proven track record in the practical implementation of artificial intelligence solutions in real corporate environments.
• Proficiency in major language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus), structured instruction design, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques for enterprise environments.
• Expert handling of integration platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) to connect AI tools with existing architectures (CRMs, ERPs, databases).
• Experience in designing and integrating AI agents: autonomous agents and virtual assistants tailored for sales, content creation, digital marketing, and other areas.
• Applied knowledge of global AI regulations, compliance frameworks, and ethical standards that ensure data protection.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions tailored to diverse business needs.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced English level.
