In this context, we are looking for our Digitalizers campus, located in Neuchâtel: A "Citizen Developer" Mentor at 80% (Permanent Contract) From October 1, 2026 Digitalizers is an immersive training program aimed at job seekers who want to develop essential skills in a rapidly transforming world of work. Through a 100% practical approach, participants develop their mastery of digital tools, particularly artificial intelligence, current work methods, and essential human skills for their employability. Learning is built around concrete projects carried out in a collaborative and innovative environment. The program relies on a team of specialized mentors, each an expert in their field, who support participants through interdisciplinary projects. Your Mission You will support adults in professional transition with rigor, humanity, and impact, in accordance with huumyk's pedagogical framework, by developing their skills, their professional posture, and their employability. You will design training pathways related to no-code application development, process automation, integration of digital tools, and the creation of business solutions augmented by artificial intelligence. Continuous improvement of content and measurement quality, in collaboration with the entire team, will also be part of your daily routine. Your Daily Life Individually support participants in their progress, autonomy, and professional projects Have participants work on concrete cases related to process automation, no-code solution design, digital tool integration, and the application of artificial intelligence in their professional practices Observe progress, provide feedback, and adapt your support to the needs of participants Design and lead training sessions on low-code/no-code solutions, automation, Data and Dashboards, Product management and UX, web development, cybersecurity, among other themes related to new technologies Collaborate with other mentors and internal teams to ensure a coherent and high-quality participant experience Contribute to the continuous improvement of content, tools, pedagogical practices, and the organization as a whole Your Profile You have experience in process automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and AI integration in professions You understand the basics of software architecture, databases and SQL, as well as front-end and full-stack web development You use tools such as n8n, Cursor, GitHub, Figma, Power BI, Power Apps, Vercel, Supabase, Notion, and Lovable, or equivalent solutions Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring is an asset, as is FSEA 1 certification You reside in Switzerland, ideally in the canton of Neuchâtel Your Superpowers You demonstrate listening skills, adaptability, and a mentoring approach that promotes progress You know how to create a learning environment that is demanding, supportive, and empowering You encourage autonomy, experimentation, and continuous improvement You have a modern vision of process improvement, where automation, no-code solutions, and artificial intelligence serve humans, collaboration, and performance You enjoy working in a team and contributing to collaborative projects You are curious, you explore new tools and naturally share your learning Joining huumyk means joining an evolving organization, driven by a strong vision, a culture of continuous improvement, and the desire to build useful solutions aligned with on-the-ground realities.
