Recruitment of Mentors for Online Study Support - Academic Year 2026/2027 Start of activity: October 2026 We are looking for dedicated and dynamic mentors to join our online study support team for students from the 1st to 3rd cycle (elementary to middle school), in the subjects of Portuguese, Mathematics, English, and PLNM (Portuguese as a Second Language). If you have a passion for education, experience in teaching, and availability to work remotely, this is your opportunity to contribute to the success of young students. What we are looking for? Qualified professionals with experience or training in the areas of Portuguese and/or PLNM, Mathematics, and English, preferably with knowledge of the 1st to 3rd cycle of basic education. Mentors with good communication skills, responsibility, and organization; Availability for online mentoring sessions (via digital platform) throughout the academic year. Main functions: Personalized academic support; Promotion of autonomous and effective study habits, helping students improve their organization and time management. Continuous support and feedback on academic performance, promoting the development of learning strategies. Use of digital resources to make sessions more interactive and dynamic. Communication with the coordination team and parents/guardians, sharing student progress and addressing any difficulties. Requirements: Relevant academic qualifications in Portuguese, Mathematics, or English. Experience in PLNM (Portuguese as a Second Language) is highly valued, as many of our students may require specialized support in adapting to the Portuguese language. Experience in pedagogical support or mentoring (preferred). Proficiency in digital platforms and online communication tools. Good planning and organizational skills. Ability to foster a positive and motivating environment for students. Availability to start in October 2026 and provide support throughout the entire academic year. Why should you apply?
