Mental Health Support Worker Needed - Canterbury - Bankstown

We're looking for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.
This role involves supporting participants with complex and challenging behaviours in a safe and person-centred manner.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years proven experience in mental health support
Experience working with participants from the judicial system (highly regarded)
Strong skills in progress notes and documentation
Must be alert, professional, and confident working with participants under line-of-sight (RP's)
Fluent in English — both written and verbal communication
Compassionate, reliable, and a strong team player

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Police Check
First Aid & CPR
NDIS Orientation Modules
COVID-19 Vaccination
Infection Control Certificate

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND NSW DRIVERS LICENCE, RIGHT TO WORK in Australia
