Mental Health Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Homeless Health Outreach Team, delivering assessments, case management and interventions to people experiencing homelessness or unstable housing. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery, improve social functioning, and connect clients to services.

• Provide holistic OT assessments & interventions

• Deliver case management & group programs

• Collaborate across health & community services

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (accredited)

• Registration with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia

• Strong teamwork & communication skills

• Ability to deliver care in community & outreach settings
