Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

About the Role: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join this specialist area of practice. This senior clinical role sits at the heart of the service, working both autonomously and in close partnership with a skilled multidisciplinary team. The role offers variety and flexibility, encompassing consultation, assessment, treatment and care coordination, alongside providing expert clinical advice and education to colleagues and partner services. You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative mental health programs, services and initiatives that align with our strategic priorities. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, carers, and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves participating in quality improvement activities, contributing to service planning and evaluation, and providing expert clinical advice to colleagues and partner services. You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, using your expertise to inform practice and improve patient outcomes.
