Mental Health Nurse Auckland, New Zealand Monday–Sunday, 9am–9:00pm Casual Shifts We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to support a leading Mental Health and Wellbeing organisation delivering integrated services on the Shore. About the Role As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide recovery-focused support within a residential facility. You will play a key role in supporting long-term wellbeing outcomes through clinical care, coordination, and meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality mental health nursing care to clients with complex needs. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care. • Contribute to the development of individualised care plans and service delivery strategies. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements: • Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. • Minimum 2 years' experience working in mental health nursing. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
