Occupational Therapist Level 1/2: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour

Psychologist: $40.58 - $$59.39 per hour

Registered Nurse: $37.48 - $52.62 per hour

Social Worker Level 1/2: $38.51 - $54.94 per week

Acute Care Team - Hornsby Kur-ring gai Mental Health Services

What You'll Be Doing

To provide nursing and health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which offers triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management and discharge planning services to individuals in Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

Current AHPRA registration for relevant discipline - Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers. Demonstrated, comprehensive mental health assessment and crisis intervention experience. Demonstrated experience and skills in suicide risk assessment and management. Experience working in community mental health and a demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act. Extensive case management/care co-ordination skills. Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team setting. Current NSW Driver's licence.
