Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience with a strong focus on consultative styling and suiting advice.

• Support customers in selecting the right fit, style, and tailoring options to ensure confidence in their final look.

• Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs, maintaining a strong drive for results.

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture through collaboration, communication, and shared goals.

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand's premium aesthetic.

• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, fitting room support, and point-of-sale tasks.

• Previous experience in men's suiting or formalwear

• A naturally consultative sales approach with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalised styling solutions.

• Strong interest in fashion, tailoring, and men's style trends.

• Proven ability to work toward KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

• A supportive team player who contributes positively to team performance.

• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presentation.

• Availability to work weekends is required.
