For this leading producer of mastics, adhesives, and PU foams, we are looking for an experienced mixer who works accurately and takes responsibility within the production process.
As a mixer operator, you play a crucial role in preparing the production process:
• Weighing and preparing raw materials according to established recipes
• Operating the mixing installations
• Precisely mixing ingredients in mixing drums
• Preparing various products, from adhesives to foams
• Checking material stock
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workplace
• Reporting deviations or technical problems
Working hours (2-shift system – 38h/week)
Early shift
Mon – Thu: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Late shift
Mon – Thu: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Fri: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
So, you start your weekend earlier on Friday.
ProfileWhat do we expect?
• Experience in a production environment (experience as a mixer is a plus)
• Accuracy and eye for detail
• Technical insight
• Physical work does not deter you
• Willingness to work in a fixed 2-shift system
• Sense of responsibility and respect for safety regulations
OfferWhat can you expect?
• Gross hourly wage of €18.86
• Shift premium - Early shift: €1.39 - Late shift: €1.79
• Meal vouchers of €10 per worked day
