Your responsibilities

• Customer acquisition - at the initial stage of cooperation, you will deal with your own sales, in order to pass on the acquired skills to your agents.
• Building your own Team - you recruit and onboard individuals who see their future in the insurance industry.
• Team Support - you help to turn goals into results, showing how to work effectively and professionally.
• Performance Monitoring - you analyze data and identify areas requiring change.
• Market Analysis - you react to customer needs and market trends
