Job Place: Katowice Your scope of responsibilities Recruitment of advisors to your team Support for your team in daily tasks Management of your team Leading training and motivational meetings Responsibility for the realization of sales plans within three product lines: health insurance, individual life insurance, and life insurance for small and medium-sized businesses Our requirements Minimum average education level Minimum experience in sales and management skills Ability to work with a team and build relationships with clients Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it Knowledge of the insurance market and products Familiarity with the company's policies and procedures Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and develop new skills
