Your scope of activities:

• Recruitment and development of advisors

• Team management and its effectiveness

• Conducting motivational and developmental meetings

• Achievement of sales plans

In the SME area, additionally:

• building relationships with business clients

• analysis of needs and tailoring of insurance solutions

• development of sales in the company segment

In the B2C area:

• development of sales of individual and health insurance

• supporting advisors in working with individual clients

We are looking for a Manager who wants to develop sales in the areas of:

• individual clients (life, health)

• business clients (small and medium-sized enterprises – SMEs)

We invite people who:

• have experience in working with business clients and/or in building sales teams

• have sales or management experience (insurance industry experience is welcome)

• can build long-term relationships and engage others in joint action

• can boast specific sales or team successes

• are proactive, like to take initiative, and take responsibility for achieved results
