Your scope of activities:

• Recruitment and development of advisors

• Team management and its effectiveness

• Conducting motivational and developmental meetings

• Achieving sales plans

In the SME area, additionally:

• building relationships with business clients

• analyzing needs and tailoring insurance solutions

• developing sales in the company segment

In the B2C area:

• developing sales of individual and health insurance

• supporting advisors in working with individual clients

We are looking for a Manager who wants to develop sales in the areas of:

• individual clients (life, health)

• business clients (small and medium-sized enterprises – SMEs)

We invite individuals who:

• have experience working with business clients and/or building sales teams

• have experience in sales or management (experience in the insurance industry is welcome)

• can build long-term relationships and engage others in joint action

• can boast specific sales or team successes

• are proactive, like to take initiative, and take responsibility for achieved results
