Sales Team Manager
Location: Piotrków Trybunalski
Your responsibilities:
- Recruiting advisors for your team
- Supporting the team in daily tasks
- Managing your team
- Conducting training sessions and motivational meetings
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets within three product lines: health insurance, individual life insurance, life insurance for small and medium-sized enterprises
Our requirements:
- Minimum secondary education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Successes in sales and management
- Experience in active recruitment
- Effective team work organization
